Serving Tips for Pesto & Burrata:

• Bring Pesto & Burrata to room temprature; serve topped with olive oil and coarse salt.
• Top a premade pizza crust with Pesto & Burrata, diced cherry tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil, and red pepper flakes; bake as recommended.
• Serve Burrata on top of grilled peaches or nectarines; add a swirl of honey and pistachios for crunch.
• Add Burrata to your favorite salad greens with fresh tomatoes, croutons, and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
• Spread Pesto on a sandwich, flatbread, or burger.
