Chicken Spiedini

Sauté spiedini over medium heat using one tablespoon of butter or olive oil until lightly brown on all sides. When browned, place spiedini in a 350° F oven for 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature of 165°F is reached, as measured by a thermometer.
