Authentic Italian Stromboli

When thawing, please do so under refrigeration.

Conventional Oven (Preferred Method): Preheat oven to 400°F. Slice fully defrosted product in 1/2" slices. Lightly grease or spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Place slices on tray and heat 8-9 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes before serving.

Microwave: Slice fully defrosted product in 1/2" thick slices. Place fully defrosted product in microwave and heat for 45 seconds on high. Let cool for 2 minutes.

Dough: unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, ham (cured with water, salt, vinegar, dextrose, potassium chloride, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), pepperoni (pork, beef, salt, contains 2% or less of water, dextrose, spices, lactic acid starter culture, oleoresin of paprika, garlic powder, sodium nitrite, BHA, BHT, citric acid), salami (pork, beef, salt, contains 2% or less of the following: dextrose, water, spices, sodium ascorbate, lactic acid starter culture, garlic powder, sodium nitrite, BHA, BHT, citric acid), provolone cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, and enzymes), red and green peppers, sugar, olive oil, salt, soybean oil, yeast, romano cheese (pasteurized cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), dough conditioner blend (wheat flour, malted barley flour, enzymes, ascorbic acid), parsley, oregano.
